Directions:First, remove the husks from the tomatillos, rinse thoroughly and place on a broiler pan with tin foil underneath. Cut tomatillos in half and place flat side down on the foil. Place in the oven on broil for 5 - 7 minutes, or until the skin just starts to turn brown/black. Take the tomatillos out of the oven, place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed and one consistency. Use to garnish chicken, pork, chips, chili or anything you think it may go well with. Enjoy!
