5-Cheese Pasta Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Rigatoni shells (uncooked)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cannabis milk (whole milk)
  • 1 cup pureed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry basil leaves
  • Cooking spray
  • Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and get out a casserole dish. Spray the dish with cooking spray or use oil if no spray is available. Boil pasta as normal, but add salt to the water. Cook 2 minutes less than for regular pasta. Drain and set aside. Get out a large mixing bowl and combine the cannabis milk, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil and all cheeses. Add the still-warm pasta to this mixture. Stir well. Pour into the casserole dish and layer with additional cheese if desired. Bake 28 to 32 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

    My Husband and I just made this yesterday night. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The only difference that we made was we added chicken and changed the types of cheeses we used. Instead we used cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and provolone. (Yes we realized that we only used 4 cheeses; so we added a little more of each to make up for it!) We enjoyed this meal so much that we plan on making it as a special meal each month.
