Beef Pot Pie
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Thaw and drain the frozen vegetables. In a deep dish 9-inch pie tin, press one of the pie crusts into the bottom and sides. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the crust, and carefully place the second pie pastry, gently crimping the edges to seal the pie. Cut three 1 inch slices in the top crust to vent, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow to stand for five minutes before serving.
