Burgundy Beef with Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cannabis milk
  • 2 -2 1/2 lbs. pot roast
  • 1 can condensed beefy mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can condensed creamy mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup burgundy wine or cranberry juice (wine is better!)
  • 1 package egg noodles
  • Directions:

    Trim fat off of pot roast and cut meat into 1-inch pieces. Place in crock-pot. Stir in cannabis milk, soups, mushrooms, onions and wine. Cover and cook on lowest setting for 6 - 8 hours. Prepare egg noodles according to package. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
