Canna Crepes

  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp. canna butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Get out a medium or large mixing bowl and mix the cup of flour and 2 eggs together. After you do this, add the water and milk, mixing thoroughly. Now add softened butter and salt. Continue mixing until well blended. Mix until there are no more lumps. Get out a large skillet or frying pan and lightly oil or grease it, turning the temperature on medium-low. Pour the batter onto the skillet. Each pour should be about 1/4 cup of batter. Once you pour the batter, tilt the pan in a circle, so as to spread the batter evenly and ensure you get crepes and not pancakes. Cook about 2 minutes per side on medium-low, flipping after 2 minutes. Serve with strawberries and cream or peaches and cream. Enjoy!
