Chicken Tortilla Soup
Get out a medium pot and heat the 1 tablespoon of regular olive oil over medium heat. SautÃ© the onion and garlic until the onion is just translucent. Next stir in the oregano, chili powder, chicken broth, tomatoes and water, bringing to a boil for 5 minutes. Stir in the corn, chiles, cilantro, cooked beans and chicken, reducing the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cannabis olive oil and simmer another 5 minutes. Serve the soup in bowls. Mix crushed tortilla chips/tortilla pieces, green onions and cheese and enjoy.
