Chicken with Cannabis Black Bean Sauce

  • 1/4 cup cannabis olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp black beans
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped red chili
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Directions:

    Cut chicken into one inch cubes, coat in cornstarch. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through. To make the sauce, in a separate pan add the cannabis olive oil, black beans, garlic, green onion, wine, salt, sugar and soy sauce and heat on low for about ten minutes. Toss the cooked chicken into the sauce and serve with the chopped red chili on top.
