Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 cup cannabis olive oil (see recipe)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • Food processor
  • Directions:

    Put the parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, red pepper, salt and pepper in a food processor with a blade on it. Process for approximately one minute. Add the cannabis olive oil, while the motor is running. Scrape any residue that has accumulated on the sides, off with a rubber spatula. Pulse several times, before transferring to an airtight container, such as a mason jar. Refrigerate anywhere from 2 to 18 hours, before using on meat.
