Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins
Combine the vinegar and almond milk and pour them in a bowl that has the oats in it. Let this soak at room temperature around an hour. After an hour, preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit and get out another mixing bowl. In this bowl mix the sugar, canna butter, apple sauce, chocolate syrup and molasses and fold it into the bowl with the milk/oats. Get out yet another bowl and mix the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda until well mixed. Pour the mixture of oats into this bowl and stir until combined. Spread this mixture evenly between lined muffin trays and bake in the preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
