Coconut Haystack Cannabis Cookies

  • 1/4 cup cannabis butter
  • 2 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp grated orange rind
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar and stir in the coconut. Rub cannabis butter into the dough until it looks like coarse crumbs. Add the beaten egg and orange rind, and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until edges are golden.

    these were amazing and simple to make. Very flavorful. i grated frozen cannabutter into the mix and they were potent.
