Flour Tortillas

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. canna butter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup hot water (about the temperature you would drink tea or coffee)
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • Food processor
  • Directions:

    Combine the cannabis butter and flour in a food processor and turn the processor on. Next combine the salt and hot water in a cup, mixing thoroughly. Pour this over the flour/butter. After you do this, knead into a ball, for anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds. Take a golf ball-size chunk out of this ball and begin to roll it flat over a floured wooden surface. Try to get it as thin as possible. Continue to do this until there is no dough left, but wait until you cook each tortilla to do so. Get out a cast iron skillet and add a little butter or olive oil to it. Drop the tortilla on it and cook on medium heat for 30 seconds, then flip over and repeat. The tortillas should be just golden on both sides. Eat while still fresh and enjoy on quesadillas, tacos, or whatever.
