Greek Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cannabis flour (see recipe under Edibles)
  • 2.5 pounds stew beef
  • 3 diced tomatoes
  • 3 - 4 small white onions (peeled and diced)
  • 4 freshly minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 6 oz. tomato pasted
  • 3 tbsp. red wine
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • Crock pot/slow cooker
  • Directions:

    If not done already, cut the beef into roughly 1-inch cubes and place these in the crock pot, along with the onions, diced tomatoes and minced garlic. In a mixing bowl or similar container, mix the beef stock, red wine, salt, pepper and oregano and mix together. Now add this mixture to the crock pot, stirring gently until everything is just mixed together. Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours. In a separate container, mix the cannabis flour and cold water until it is a batter. Next add this and the chopped bell pepper to the crock pot, stirring to mix. Turn the heat up to medium (DO NOT PUT ON HIGH, as it will neutralize the potency of the cannabis flour) and continue to cook for 15 to 25 minutes or until the mixture has thickened to your preference. Garnish with Feta cheese, if desired.
