Irish Coffee Cannabis Muffins
First preheat the oven to 375 degrees, followed by lightly greasing a muffin tray or placing paper muffin cups in the tray slots. Get out a large mixing bowl and mix together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix the melted cannabis butter, liqueur, heavy cream and Irish whiskey. Mix the egg into the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients in the large mixing bowl with the dry ingredients plus the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the muffin tray and place in the preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Another way to check if the muffins are done is to stick a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done.
