Directions:Get out a large pot and place it on the stove with the temperature set to medium. Place the sliced bacon in the pan and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon with a fork or slotted spoon and set aside. Also remove all but 1 tbsp. of the bacon grease. You don't need to set the bacon grease you removed aside, however. Now add the onion and green pepper, sautéing for about 2 minutes. Next add okra and turn heat up from medium to high. Next add the dry rice, cayenne and salt and stir-fry for an additional minute to minute-and-a-half. Stir in the chicken broth and bring everything to a boil, while covering with a lid. Reduce the heat to low and add the canna butter, covering once again. Cook 18 - 20 minutes or until the rice is finished. After the rice/veggie mixture is done, mix it up with a fork and then add in the bacon slices you set aside. Serve in bowls and enjoy. This goes great with soy sauce or just by itself.
