Directions:Get out a large mixing bowl, sift the flour into it, followed by adding the sugar, salt and baking powder. Make a small well in the dry ingredients and pour canna milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until thoroughly mixed with few to no lumps. Over medium heat, place a frying pan and place batter in pan to make pancakes. About 1/4 cup of batter is equal to one medium pancake.
