  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup softened canna butter
  • 3/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and get out a mixing bowl. In the bowl combine the peanut butter, canna butter and sugar. Mix well. After mixed, add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add this to the contents of the first bowl, a little at a time, alternating each addition with milk and stirring in between. Continue until flour mixture and milk is gone. Grease a 9 x 9 baking pan and pour this mixture into the pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes in pan, before allowing to cool another hour on a wire rack. Wait until cake is completely cooled to add chocolate frosting. You can make your own frosting or use any pre-made frosting of your choice. Serve and enjoy.
