Provolone Stromboli

Ingredients:

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1/4 cup cannabis olive oil
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 lb cooked, chopped ham
  • 1 lb sliced provolone
  • 1 egg white
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Thaw bread dough and allow to rise. Roll using rolling pin into two large circles, as if making pizzas. In a bowl, mix cannabis olive oil, four egg whites, parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Coat both circles with mixture, make sure to use all of it. Add a layer of pepperoni, ham and provolone cheese to the center of each circle of dough. Pinch the outside to raise the ends and create a crust. Place onto baking pans and brush both with the egg white. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bread is golden brown. Slice and serve.
