Sausage and Mushroom Breakfast Bake

  • 1/2 cup cannabis butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs breakfast sausage
  • 1 box seasoned croutons
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package shredded cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Brown sausage in saucepan and drain the fat. Grease a casserole dish with butter. Spread croutons on bottom of dish, layering sausage on top. In a separate bowl, combine the melted cannabis butter, eggs, mushrooms, soup and milk, mixing well. Pour egg mixture over the sausage and croutons. Bake for 25 minutes, remove from oven and cover with shredded cheese. Bake for and additional ten to twenty minutes, or until cheese is melted and egg is solid in middle.
