Squash Sativa Muffins

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. canna butter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped squash
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. table salt
  • Directions:

    First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and then get out a large mixing bowl. In the bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, subsequently beating the eggs and adding it, along with the milk, melted canna butter and squash to the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Grease or butter a 12-cup muffin tray (or add muffin cups) and pour the batter in the muffin tray. Bake for 28 - 32 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
