  • 1/3 cup cannabis olive oil
  • 2 tbsp diced garlic
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and cubed
  • 2 whole carrots, sliced into coins
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 6 or 7 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup store-bought teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb (1/2 box) angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 egg
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
  • Directions:

Boil, cook, drain and cover angel hair pasta; set aside. Heat 1 tbsp cannabis olive oil on medium heat in a large saucepan. Once oil is hot, add onion and bell peppers. Cook for about two minutes, and add cubed chicken and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for another ten minutes or so, or until the middle of chicken is white. Add carrots and mushroom and cook for another few minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and the rest of the cannabis olive oil, and heat until carrots are a bit soft. Stir cooked angel hair pasta into teriyaki chicken mixture. Crack the egg into the pan and stir well, do not allow to lump and keep stirring the dish until the egg is fully cooked. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Scoop into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds or chili sauce for a spicy kick!
